Returns

1. RETURN CONDITIONS

– Products no more than 15 days from the date you receive the goods from us

– The product is unused and undamaged.

– There are labels, packaging and purchase invoices

– Accompanying products and gifts (if any)

2. METHOD OF EXCHANGE

The product you want to exchange can be in the same color, style, or size as the product you previously purchased.

You contact us about your needs via email or phone number. Once we receive your request and confirm your eligibility for an exchange, we will check the inventory status and notify you.

Damaged products will not be returned

3. SHIPPING COSTS

– In case the error is due to you or due to the customer’s objective needs, you must fully bear the shipping costs when returning, and this cost will not be refunded.

– In case it is due to a technical error or a loss from the store, we will bear the shipping costs for you.

4. REFUND METHOD

All returns will be processed through your credit account or original payment method, and the transaction will be processed within a certain number of days. Please wait.

5. SHIPPING

Immediately after confirming and agreeing to the return and delivery. We will send you an email notifying you of the shipping process. Refund delivery time is within 15 days, please check your email and wait for the delivery date.

6. CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDERS

Within 24 hours from the time you place your order. If you have a request, please contact us as soon as possible so we can promptly handle it.

 

Refund

1. CONDITIONS AND REFUND CASES

– Order was successfully placed but the product has not been received by the due date

– The product you receive is used or damaged

– Product delivered to the wrong order

– Within 15 days from the date you receive the goods from us.

– The product is unused and not damaged due to your fault

– Store packaging, invoices and accompanying products (if any)

2. SHIPPING COSTS

If it is our fault, we will fully bear the shipping costs for the return.

If it is your fault then you must bear these costs and we will deduct them from the refund.

3. REFUND METHOD

If your refund request is approved, we will immediately take steps to refund your money. Your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days, please wait.

Note: This refund deducts shipping costs if the return is due to your reasons.

4. LATE REFUND

If after the notification date you still have not received the money, do not worry but check your account again because it may be due to an error in the banking system that has not been updated. If not, after checking and waiting, you still have not received the goods, please contact us
