Shipping & Delivery

1. PROCESS

. We ship your order within 1-3 days of order date unless otherwise stated on our top notification bar.

Orders placed on the weekend will be delivered the following Monday

You cannot change or cancel an order once it has been processed. Please check and confirm payment information carefully.

We provide you with updates about your order via email.

Order tracking information will be updated by us within 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

2. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is approximately 7-15 business days from the date the order is shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

You must ensure to be present at the address to receive the goods. A signature will be required when you receive the item.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Our standard shipping fee is $6.99 on all orders.

You will be solely responsible for these shipping costs and will not be reimbursed once shipping is completed.

4. PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK

If your order contains a product that is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you immediately and refund you in accordance with our refund policy.

5. ERROR RECEIVING INFORMATION

If your order has been shipped and you discover that you have entered incorrect shipping information, please contact us immediately for processing.

However, in some cases the order cannot arrive at your address due to you providing incorrect information, we are not responsible for this package.

We strongly encourage you to check your payment and shipping information carefully before placing your order, as once we have processed and shipped your order, we cannot cancel or make any changes for your order.

6. LOST ORDERS

In case your order is lost, please contact us for assistance or you should contact the carrier directly so they can contact the person delivering your order directly.
